Tandoori Mushroom

Mushroom marinated and cooked in oven

Mushrooms
250 Grams
Cream
50 Grams
Coriander Powder
1 Teaspoon
Lemon juice
1 Tablespoon
Salt
To Taste
Red chilli powder
5 Teaspoons
Green chillies
pounded 2
Garlic
pounded 1 Tablespoon

Steps

  1. Mix pounded garlic, green chillies, salt, red chilli powder, lemon juice, salt, coriander powder and cream to make marinade.
  2. Cut mushrooms into halves. Marinate and refrigerate for 2 hrs.
  3. Preheat oven at 180 degrees, grease baking dish and bake mushrooms for 20 mins. Bake until the mushrooms are done and the released water from the mushroom dries. Baking time may vary based upon oven. Serve with freshly cut salad and coriander chutney.
